Nichols Heir is an easily accessible upscale mountain wedding venue located, right in Sevierville, TN. Accommodating with a on-site parking lot, Nichols Heir is only thirty minutes away from the Pigeon Forge attractions, and ten minutes to the great smoky mountains. For overnight accommodations, there are numerous local nearby options to choose from.
What make Nichols Heir unique?
Intentionally designed, the glass House is decorated with chandeliers, and various black metal accents. The outdoor grounds feature many scenic options to exchange vows such as the breathtaking garden amidst the soaring mountain peaks on three sides, or the forest surrounded by tall trees.

- Option 1: The Glass House The stunning glass house is a romantic location to hold your wedding ceremony. With the seating capacity of 150 seated guests, there is the ability to accommodate more guests outside needed. Because of the ability to create a cozy atmosphere, this location is ideal to create a timeless wedding set in the Winter and spring.
- Option 2: the Patio Lawn Located behind the glass house, the patio lawn allows for an immersion with the forest and nature.
- .Option 3: The Garden
Outdoors overlooking the peaks of the Smoky mountains, With a seating capacity for 150 guests, there are also accommodations for more guests to stand. This location is perfect for a gorgeous outdoor Spring, fall or summertime wedding. Just imagine, right in the center of it all, is you, exchanging vows in the middle of scenic mountain views.

Option 1: The Glass House The Glass Hall is designed to showcase modern black accents. The Glass Hall features glass ceilings and chandeliers. The guest accommodations vary. For a seated reception, the space allows for 150 guests, for a cocktail reception, the space can comfortably accommodate 150 guests. The Glass Hall is unique in that the space provides a modern indoor environment that feels open for you and your guests.
Option 2: The side patio The side patio serves as an outdoor experience for your guests. The woodsy gardens and trees create a majestic backdrop of expansive trees and greenery meeting Tennessee skies.
Option 3: The Forest Lawn The Forest Lawn offers a shaded outdoor space under tall trees.
