I just read Dan Sullivan’s The Gap and the Gain in there they recommend writing down 3 wins for the day and other journaling. This 5 minute journal has prompts to get you unstuck and stay consistent. This motivational journal is undated, so you can start writing down short thoughts whenever you’re ready. And if you miss a day, no biggie you can get back to it and not feel bad at all.
