Hiwassee River Weddings Delano TN Spring Wedding | Dana + Brandon
The day was stunning in spite of the intermittent early morning rain. Everyone happily sighed when the skies cleared up for a gorgeous sunny wedding ceremony on the banks of the Hiwassee river at Hiwassee River Weddings and Events.
The tall pines danced in the breeze outside the window of the bridal suite and the bridesmaids buzzed around the room in aqua dresses. They laughed while sharing memories and jokes. Dana’s sister, nieces, and friends ooh’d and ahh’d when they saw her dress.
This was the day everyone had been waiting for in more ways than one. When their long-time friend Richard pronounced Brandon and Dana husband and wife, he proclaimed, “and it’s about time!” Up on the patio Bill Collins and his family clapped and cheered along with all of the guests. This was the whole goal in building this wedding venue; it was here, it happened; and what a perfect wedding it was!
Dana and Brandon, thank you for the honor of documenting your love. Your friends and families made me feel lucky to get to know you. I hope you thoroughly enjoy your honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. I wish you safe travels and the most incredible honeymoon! You deserve it!!! They had the first look at the point, a perfect secluded area at the edge of the river.
It was only fitting that DJ Z play YMCA as that’s where Dana and Brandon first met.
There were a few moments to sneak off to just enjoy a few additional bride and groom portraits by the river.
This gorgeous day ended with a glow stick send off with all their friends and family cheering them on to this next chapter of their lives!
