Hiwassee River Weddings Sunflower Wedding
Collin and Peyton had a gorgeous wedding day at Hiwassee River Weddings. One of my favorite venues! I loved so many moments from this day but my FAVORITE part of their day was their First Look. You could tell Collin was the tiniest bit nervous right before he turned around to see her. When he turned around and saw Peyton and her smile, it instantly spread to his face! These two are amazing together; their happiness just multiplies and radiates onto everyone around them.
Being a part of this wedding was such an honor. I love these two families and I loved having the opportunity to serve them this past weekend!
They had an outside ceremony on the river’s edge and an indoor reception w with a sparkler send off.
Peyton and Collin, Thank you for believing in me even when I showed up for your engagement photos with no camera and being willing to wait for me to go home to get it!! You have wonderful friends and families. They made me feel lucky to get to know you and it was a joy to see you through their eyes. I hope you thoroughly enjoy your honeymoon in Jamaica. Many happy tears were shed in the bridal suite as the girls got ready especially when Peyton gave gifts to her mom and Collin’s mom.
They had the First Look near the dock in the perfect area for a few moments just to themselves.
The wedding colors were Ice blue & navy! They also incorporated the use of sunflowers in the bouquets.
Blair’s Bokay Florist did a beautiful job with the arch at the Wedding ceremony site on the river.
We found a moment to sneak away from the reception for a few bonus evening photos on the steps off the patio.
For the sparkler exit Peyton changed into a short light blue lace dress.
